Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains the manner in which Attco Trucking Company, Inc. DBA CTC Trucking (“CTC” or “We”) collects, utilizes and maintains non-public personal and non-personal information.  CTC is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers, vendors and website users and maintaining the confidentiality and security of any personal information collected.

Collection of Information. CTC collects non-public information about customers, vendors and website users from the following sources:  
Use and Disclosure of non-public Information. CTC uses personal information in ways compatible with the purposes for which we originally requested it. CTC does not disclose non-public personal information about You to affiliates or nonaffiliated third parties except in limited circumstances as required or permitted by law. For example, We may share non-public personal information about customers or vendors with affiliated and nonaffiliated parties in the following situations, among others: in connection with maintaining the Site and our e-mail services and processing inquiries; connection with the administration and operations of CTC and/or to service your account(s), or to provide services or process transactions that you have requested, with CTC’s brokers, custodians, administrators, attorneys, accountants, auditors, or other service providers; to respond to a subpoena or court order, judicial process or regulatory inquiry; to protect or defend against fraud, unauthorized transactions, law suits, claims or other liabilities; to protect the security of our records, or to protect our rights or property; in connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of CTC’s business, in the event that CTC or all of its assets are acquired, said information would be one of the transferred assets; and to otherwise assist CTC in offering CTC-related products and services to customers.  We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Site or the services provided by CTC, such as service announcements, e-mails related to your account, or similar administrative or transactional messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them. If you are ever not happy, we will promptly remove you from whatever messages flows or subscriptions that you designate. We reserve the right to use said information for marketing purposes including, but not limited to email, social networks, and search engines.  

CTC restricts access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. CTC maintains appropriate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information.

Aggregate Information.
From time to time, we may collect general, non-personal, statistical information about the use of the Site, such as how many visitors visit a specific page on the Site, how long they stay on that page and which hyperlinks, if any, they “click” on. We collect this information through the use of “cookies” and other tracking technologies, which are discussed in greater detail below. We collect this information in order to determine which areas of the Site are most popular and to enhance the Site for visitors. Children’s Privacy. This Site is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Governing Law. CTC makes no representation that this Privacy Policy and such practices comply with the laws of any other country. Visitors who use the Site and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. If you reside outside of the United States, by using our Site, you consent to the transfer and use of your information outside your country.
